  • Chief features :-Southwest monsoon been Vigorous over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim .Yesterday's low pressure area over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and adjoining Westcentral Persists has become less marked.However a cyclonic circulation lies over Chhattisgarh and adjoining Orissa extending upto mid tropospheric level tilting SW wards with height.The axis of monsoon trough passes through Pathankote, Patiala, Delhi, Agra, Jhansi, Jabalpur, Raipur, Kalingapattnam,thence to EC Bay acrosss WC Bay.

  • Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim :-Rain or thundershower will occur at many places in Sikkim and Darjeeling , Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar district and may occur at isolated places over remaining districts of SHWB and Sikkim.

  • GANGETIC WEST BENGAL:-Rain or thundershower may occur ata few places in East &West Midnapore, N & S 24 Parganas, Howrah and Hooghly and at isolated placesover remaining districts of GWB .

  • BIHAR:-Rain or thundershower may occur at a few places.

  • JHARKHAND:-Rain or thundershower may occur at isolated places.

  • TRIPURA:-Rain or thundershower may occur at a few places.

  • ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS:-Rain or thundershower may occur at isolated places .

  • Chief features :-Southwest monsoon been subdued over Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar & Jharkhand. Yesterday's cyclonic circulation over Chhattisgarh and adjoining areas moved west wards. A cyclonic circulation lies over Orissa and adjoining area extending between 2.1 & 5.8 kilometers above sea level. The axis of monsoon trough passes through Bikaner, Ajmer, Kota, Khajuraho, Daltonganj, Jamshedpur, Chandbali & thence to North Andaman Sea across North West Bay & East Central Bay of Bengal.

  • Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim :-Rain or thundershower may occur at many places in Sikkim and Darjeeling , Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar district and at isolated places over remaining districts of Sub Himalayan West Bengal.

The axis of monsoon trough passes through Bikaner, Kota, Jabalpur, Ranchi,Digha & thence to East Central Bay of Bengal across North West Bay of Bengal.Yesterday's cyclonic circulation over Orissa and adjoining areas now lies over North West Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas extending up to 5.8 kilometers above sea level.

The axis of monsoon trough passes through Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Kota, Guna, Khajuraho, Daltonganj, Jamshedpur, Digha & thence to Northwest Bay of Bengal.Yesterday's cyclonic circulation over East Madhya Pradesh and n'hood has moved West Wards.However a cycir lies over Jharkhand and adj Orissa extending upto 4.5 km asl.

The axis of monsoon trough passes through Ganganagar, Delhi, Gwalior, Satna, mbikapur, Jamshedpur, Balasore & thence to North Bay of Bengal.Yesterday's cyclonic circulation over Jharkhand and adj Orissa now lies over East Madhya Pradesh and aj areas extending upto 1.5 km asl. A cycir lies over Orissa and adj GWB extends upto 3.6 km asl. Another cycir lies over SE Bay between 4.5 & 5.8 km asl.
